Director of Business Development

Direct financial analyses of worldwide business development and

investment opportunities in biomedical and related industries for an

international venture capital and trading company, including

coordination of financial and investment analysis activities involving

research relating to potentially high-growth public and private

companies in the international biomedical industry, and related health

care and technology industries; analyses of current and proposed

business and investment opportunities; financial and business due

diligence with respect to business proposals and transactions;

analyses of international and domestic business, industry and economic

trends affecting proposed transactions; communications and liaison

with high-level management of international biomedical, health care

and technology companies; support for company implementation and

execution of transactions; and development of buy and sell analyses

and recommendations.

Master's (M.B.A.) in business administration.

2 years of experience in the occupation as a director of business

development, business development manager, senior financial analyst,

financial manager, chief financial officer, vice president or related

managerial and/or financial analysis position in the biomedical

industry.
