In general, we concentrate our funds in very few growth companies and invest with a long term focus. As shareholders, we then develop a relationship with upper management and try to actively support their strategic execution. We employ several research and measurement tools to ensure that sufficient due diligence has been done prior to investing client funds

We are able to spend substantial time working with the companies in which we invest because we made relatively few investments per year.
